Here are a few current impressions of the ongoing production of the test series .
Thanks to a variety of jigs and welding jigs, the production of the steel tube frames can now start professionally. The thin-walled tubes are bent on CNC-controlled mandrel bending machines and cut and punched using 3D lasers.
TIG welding by hand requires patience and great skills.
In the end, many hundreds of individual parts and bicycle components have to be assembled to complete a pedilio. A large number of the components are custom-made.

find here some images of pedilio in winter conditions. We had a lot of fun, testing the driving characteristics of pedilio in 10 cm fresh-fallen snow.
The first big hurdle has been conquered!
pedilio has passed the technical approval for road approval for light vehicles up to 45 km / h (class L6e) !!!
The vehicle identification number (FIN) assigned by the Federal Motor Transport Authority was included in the framework and a certificate of the individual approval was issued.
Finally the vehicle is properly insured and it is ready for test drives now.

From 21 to 23 September 2018, the European Solar Challenge took place in Zolder / Belgium. Pedilio was
a guest and was allowed to do some laps on the track before the race "out of competition".
We had the opportunity to look into the boxes.

With our solar car club "Sonne-Technik-Strom STS München" we were invited to participate with pedilio on the eMOBIL show on the Odeonsplatz in Munich. Regardless the rainy weather conditions it was a full success with a lot of interested visitors and inspiring discussionsn.
